Betul Collector Amanbir Singh Action: Collector Amanbir Singh Bains has suspended a clerk of the health department posted at Aathner in Betul district. The clerk had asked for Rs 100 for the birth certificate, while the certificate was not given on time. On the other hand, show cause notices are being issued to 7 invigilators for negligence in supervision work on the first day of high school board examination which started from today. A warning is being issued to the assistant head of an examination centre.

In this regard, in the order issued by Collector Mr. Bains, it has been said that in the cluster meeting organized by the Block Medical Officer, Community Health Center, Aathner, on January 20, 2023, in block Aathner, Sanjay Jharbade, posted at the Community Health Center, Aathner, will pay Rs 100 in lieu of the birth certificate. Information was given for demanding and not distributing the birth certificate within the time period. Due to this, according to the eligibility, the beneficiaries did not get the benefits of maternity assistance scheme and other schemes of the government on time.

The proposal for disciplinary action against Mr. Jharbade was sent to the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Betul, due to the complaints received regarding unauthorized absence from duty at the prescribed duty time in the letter. A show cause notice letter was issued to Mr. Jharbade in this regard by the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Betul. The reply submitted by the concerned was found unsatisfactory.

Thus, by doing the above act, Mr. Jharbade has made himself a part of disciplinary action by clearly violating sub-rules of Rule 3 of Madhya Pradesh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965. Therefore, Mr. Jharbade is suspended with immediate effect under Rule 9 (1) of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 for the above misconduct. During the period of suspension, his headquarter will be Community Health Center Prabhatpattan.

Today, from March 1, the High School Certificate Examination started with Hindi subject question paper. On the first day of the examination, the examination was completed at 131 examination centers in the district. During the first question paper, joint director of Narmadapuram division Arvind Singh and his team inspected three examination centers of the district.

A copycat case made at this center

While on the one hand, he expressed satisfaction regarding the examination arrangements, on the other hand, a case was also registered regarding adoption of unfair means by a candidate at the examination center located at Utkrisht Ghoradongri. The inspection team of District Education Officer Dr. Anil Kushwaha also inspected three examination centers of the district. During this, High School Hamalapur, Higher Secondary School Khandara and Girls Higher Secondary School Amla were inspected.

Negligence done at these examination centers

In the inspection conducted by the team of Joint Director Mr. Singh, 4 supervisors Dinesh Kumar Dhurve, Rakesh Singh Irpache, Sunita Kavde, Brijlal Dhurve and 3 supervisors Santosh Kumar, Nilesh Kumar Pahade of Excellence Higher Secondary School Ghoradongri, working as supervisors in Model School Shahpur. And Prem Narayan Verma was instructed to issue a show cause notice letter for negligence in the work. Instructions were given by the Joint Director to issue a warning to the Assistant Center President of the Examination Center located at Model Shahpur.
