In addition, the organization will provide programs specifically for young women. According to the scheme, a female kid will be paid prize money if she completes Class 12 and graduates. Scholarships for further education will also be available “for students who demonstrate superior performance and potential.”

The Zomato foundation promises to give educational and economic assistance to the families of delivery agents whose lives have been adversely impacted by unexpected situations, such as accidents on the job or illnesses contracted while working. According to the statement, this assistance will be offered regardless of the length of time the delivery partner has been in operation.

Goyal further claimed that he would not immediately dispose of all of the shares to preserve shareholders’ interests and ensure that the foundation receives the greatest amount of benefits possible. “I do not aim to sell all of these shares at once, but rather over time.” He said that “I will liquidate fewer than 10 percent of these ESOPs to contribute to this fund for the first year.”
