The National Highway Authority has reduced the tax on the route to and from Panipat-Rohtak National Highway. NHAI has been told that it has been decided to reduce the rate of toll at the plaza located in Dahar village.

Rates applicable from 26 February

Abhishek, the manager of Dahar Toll Plaza, has told that the National Highway Authority has reduced the toll tax and the new rates have come into effect from 26 February. Last year, on April 1, 2022, the rates of toll plaza were increased, which have now been reduced.

According to the new rates, from now on the Panipat-Rohtak National Highway, vehicles like cars, jeeps and vans will cost Rs 60 for one way and Rs 90 for both the sides. At the same time, earlier 100 and 155 rupees had to be spent for this.

How much toll tax on which vehicle (NHAI Toll Tax)

According to information received from NHAI, a lot of relief was also given to commercial vehicles passing through this route. Earlier, commercial vehicles and minibuses plying on this route had to pay Rs 160 for one side and Rs 235 for both. At the same time, this rate has now been reduced to Rs 100 and the rates on both sides have been reduced to Rs 150.

Apart from this, if we talk about bus and truck drivers, earlier these people had to pay Rs 320 for one way and Rs 480 for both the sides. At the same time, it has now been reduced to Rs 205 and Rs 310. Commercial vehicles with three axles will cost Rs 225 for one side and Rs 340 for both. Along with this, new rates of toll have been issued for other vehicles as well.
